Getting a bid by going to each house just once?

Has anyone ever got a bid from going to the house only once ? Like only on day one or day two ?

Terrible idea, pick like 3 houses each day

If you get an early bid then yea but if you don’t hear from the house before the second day then no chance. Pick 2-3 a day and stuck with them and then if u don’t get the one you want try again in the spring
