how aggressive are sorority recruiting tactics?

do you girls like go out and flag down potential candidates? i try to mind my own business but when i'm out in town somewhere i see you lmao. Y'all females are shady as hell! I've totally been targeted before by ladies and i think they meant it in the worst way. Blows my mind. And i'm not even concerned about myself usually.
