Does phi psi worth rushing ?

I’ve heard it’s dry and they don’t party at all, wanted to know how true it is . Also what’s the brotherhood like ? They have a massive house tho but I’ve heard they don’t have a party space which I find hard to believe

they actually probably had one of the best social scenes this past semester in terms of partying. have some friends there who were partying 2-3 times a week
