Phi delt, Acacia, Sae > phi sig

Idk if this is unpopular or popular but phi sig has gone so downhill with their new pc’s I don’t even go there anymore and neither do half of my friends. I think phi delt is leaps and bounds better than phi sig and then if you wanna argue me on acacia and Sae that’s fine but I have 10x more fun at those houses and the freshman and sophomores in those houses are just so much better than phi sigs. I know this site doesn’t mean anything because we go where we have fun regardless, but I’m just confused how this site always ranks phi sig so high
