is the sig ep hate real

Hello, Im rushing next semester and i really want to know if the Sig ep hate is actually real or is it because its a good frat and people don't want to admit it. Im just curious cause im considering it as a rush choice because ive heard alot of good things.

im in a sorority and can confirm that pairing with sig ep is alot of fun. Yes the parties aren't ragers or anything, but we continue to look forward to pairing with them everytime.

Sig ep is a house full of females. If you don’t want to do your makeup before a party and post on vsco don’t rush them. Kids are softer than charmin and this whole campus knows
