Phi tau literally does run 3rd street now

As much as y’all deny it, those guys are running 3rd street now. They’re the only frat on that street (other than lambda chi sometimes) that’s out doing fun stuff during the day and has girls over in the yard all the time. Also they aren’t in trouble, so they aren’t going anywhere. They very well may rise soon
