theta chi: best parties in middle tier and girls love them
phi psi: half weird guys half cool, parties aren't very fun and their nationals has them on a tight leash
phi tau: really hated on campus, more party focused, dumb and rich
du: gone for most of next year, smart guys with alright parties, hazing is supposed to be rough
sig pi is gone for three years so I didn't include them
