Pi kapps isn’t swapping houses with us

to clarify the rumors, pi kapps is not swapping houses with us. We need to be close to Well’s library and Hodge because we are studious and high achievers compared to the majority of other fraternity guys on this campus. No way our house will ever be swapped

Yes Sig Ep Fratority are high achievers since their house is dry and would rather have milk and cookie socials.
