SERIOUS question for all the frats

I’m not the part of any Greek organization and I’ve been hearing that some houses might get kicked out due to hazing . I was wondering since now hazing can easily kick a house out then why would a house take a risk to do it. I’m talking about serious kind of hazing . Why would a house do that even if they know that the thing might get out and cause them to be kicked out . I just don’t get the overall point of hazing . The only reason they do it to either feel superior or just have a fun time by torturing the pledges which doesn’t really define brotherhood . Now before anyone put the label of geed on me , even you know hazing won’t make a PC stronger but can actually leave long last effects . I think Greek life would have a better reputation without hazing , sure nothing wrong with a little of it but not which actually kill pledges . I would love to hear what you guys think about it who have actually gone through the whole process .
