I’m going to guess you haven’t been inside it. Some of the houses when you go inside them don’t feel much like living in a house but more like living in an apartment complex like evolve. Not ideal the ideal vibe when living in a frat house environment if you ask me.

Ohhh facts I forgot about pike. They have probably the best outdoor setup too but they don’t have stages and stuff. It’s unfortunate they’re losing that place in a year

Just to put this out there - freshman year a beta walked me home and “bragged” about how he only rushed beta and and one other frat because they’re “the only good frats at IU” rip.

Fiji and it’s not really close. It’s literally the largest fraternity house in America and was built only a few years ago. After Fiji probably Beta, Phi Tau, Pi Kapps, and Pike
