Why is DZ called Pee Z? I'm new

I'm new to greek life, and I'm just curious why DZ has the nickname "Pee Z..." How long has it been like this and what did they do to get that name? It's funny

a DZ pissed at butch’s and they had to close down their outdoor dining tables because of it
