Why are some houses dead from the outside?

Contrary to the fun bonding houses (sig chi, fiji, phi delt, phi tau, lambda, AKL, and Sammy), why do houses like Sig Ep and some others look dead always? Are the brothers just sitting inside their rooms sad because their brotherhood isn’t that good?

I see acacia guys playing catch and phi tau guys playing die almost every day. Phi delt is almost always hanging out on the balcony

I feel like you can't really tell bc a lot of houses have backyards and courtyards where guys hang out that you can't see from the road.

ive never seen Fiji hanging out outside. most of the frats on the extension hang out in their backyards but the thirds street frats don't have backyards so they're out front.

They got a place next to stadium crossing with a big ass deck. I live in a house next to them and those geeds are never inside and never stfu during the daytime. So i guess they’re “bonding”.
