What’s the hype with Phi Delt and Phi Sig?

Why do Phi Delt and Phi Sig deserve “tier 1” rankings? They just seems average asl from my POV

Phi sig has a god tier courtyard and is still upper mid/top. Phi delt has by far the best backyard for throwing quads of any house. (Also they only pair top) The hype isn’t unwarranted for either of them

both are extremely respectable and competitive during rush, and are known for being good guys. just bc they don't have live outs like SAE doesnt mean they're falling. They pair with the same houses (upper mid and a top here and there)
