Sorry Chad, ask any girl and she will tell you USC Lambda (ZD Chapter) is the top frat in the nation bar none. Hottest guys, rich AF with d-cks that never dry. Girls climb over razor wire to get into their events. Today while it was freezing and gray in fly-over territory, the Lambda brother played b-ball and sand volleyball outside in 80 degree temperatures.

Maybe some day you can visit and stand on the sidewalk out front of Lambda and watch the celebs come in and out. Sorry, you'll never see the atrium except on IG wondering how the Fk they do it...
