Underrated: Sig Pi, phi tau, DU, phi sig

DU and Sig Pi did have good parties but now that they are kicked out I think they are overrated until back in their house personally

If anything phi tau is overrated, they rank themselves mid but have bottom pairs

Kind of hard to be underrated when you don’t have a house. These guys aren’t gonna be much without that

For top and upper I’d say underrated - phi delt, Acacia

Overrated- phi sig, ZBT

Sammy and Phi Delt are stuck in between top and upper bc they're much better than the rest of the "upper" houses but they're not at ZBT/Sig Chi level

All ik is that I love acacia and theta chis new pcs. I mean how can u hate these guys, they are always a good time and I don’t understand why these guys aren’t higher
