PLEASE READ actual frat Ranks (senior perspective)

This is how everyone in Greek life actually sees it , I can’t say this is factual info but this is unbiased rank of the best overall ten houses (parties, quality of people, pairs) from a senior who’s frat got kicked off (sig pi) By the looks of it beta has posted the last 3 rankings, as they have never been top in the last 4 years. Wanted to give a real one based one how people actually view the houses
1) sig chi/zbt (undisputed, only because they have good houses)
2)zbt
3) Sammy/pi kapps
4) phi sig/phi delt (phi sig has the better courtyard, phi delt gets better pairs, better pledge classes)
5) beta (insane house, decent parties but that’s about it)
6) acacia (dumb guys, good parties)
7) sae (^)
8) Aepi (great little 5 but inconsistent pairs)
9) theta chi (great courtyard, kinda underrated. These guys embrace their spot in the middle tier)
Never been to a party/don’t know anyone or have no connections at anyone in the other houses.

Almost 100% agree but I think I speak for a lot of girls in my house when I say that phi sig is below acacia and Sae minus their courtyard. I’d party with the guys in those two frats over phi sig any day. Not saying you’re wrong though bc that’s just how my house views them

Never got the phi sig hype. I know some really weird kids in there from my high school. But like you said, love the courtyard
