they’re def a top house regardless if people say yes or no. they’ve always been that way. Every house has pros and cons so there’s no point of asking that on here. Accept the bid that fits right to you, not others

These kids are obviously pikapps hyping up their own frat, pikapps isn’t top anymore, haven’t been for a year or so, upper mid sure but not top. Don’t let these kids self liking their own messages lie to u

Pi kapps is a “top” house but regardless of how popular a house is, you should chose it for the people in it not what people think of it
