I've been seeing new frat rankings that are straight up comical. Here is the truth
1. Top should be Fiji, sig chi, zbt, and beta. There's too many “top tiers”.
2. Sammy and phi delt are way better than the other houses on their row
3. Sig ep, asig, and aepi probably won’t be here in 5 years. asig is rising rn, however
4. Phi sig is not top (best courtyard maybe, but biggest geeds definitely). They're more upper mid
5. Sig Ep is far from an upper house. before rona, they were ranked below theta chi. gphi goes over to their place once and think it makes them top
6. DU was rising before they got in trouble and they pair better than Theta Chi
7. Acacia will get good pairs whenever they start again. Probably fastest rising house on campus or at least up there which gets them hate
9. Theta chi > SAE these days
10. Phi tau is worse than asig and pike

What does sig ep think gphi is such a flex 😂. Their sophs are weird and they’re gonna fall unless their new pc is good lol

Nah SAE and acacia are better than those house and only people in those houses think otherwise, girls like them more
