If you’re not a sophomore just rush in the fall. Rush was really weird this year and people who normally would’ve been bidded didn’t get bids. Sigma Nu is gonna take a while to rebuild and you’ll still probably be bottom tier by the time you’re a senior which is no fun. Plus brotherhood will be almost nonexistent and you’ll have awful pairs

Taking a bid to snu now would kind of be like taking a bid to phi psi 4 years ago but with a less clouty name (not that it matters). You’re going to see a LOT of growth but by the time you’re a senior you will still probably be lower or bottom.
