Informal recruitment?

So who does informal rush? How do they pick which houses do it??? Is there some where to sign up or did I miss it

Each house decides if they want to take more girls and usually only a few do an event you can sign up for. You can ask your Rho Gam for the interest form or if you wait a few days each chapter holding open events will announce it on their Instagram
