Picking A House

Dear PNMs,
I know recruitment is stressful and everybody is SO focused on getting into the house they want, especially if it’s ‘top-tier’. As you re-visit chapters and talk to women a second time, remember that a “top-tier” or “bottom-tier” membership doesn’t define you, it doesn’t even define a chapter. Each house will be what you make it! As you’re re-visiting, focus on what you like (or even dislike) about the people you’re talking to and the vibes you’re getting! Forget the rank and social tier!! You’ll find your home in a place that makes you happy, regardless of ‘rank’.
