Unbiased opiniones on acacia vs Sae?? Those are the only two houses I’m planning on rushing just wanted opinions for if I got into both

they are both decent and same level imo. acacia is def hardcore party vibes, not too focused on school, but has some fun dudes. sae can be compared to sig ep but richer, more fun, and has cooler guys.

Sae does have chiller dudes for the most part. Who would you say is richer between the two. Just curious bc I’m sure most people in both houses have money (like the rest of greeklife) but I’m curious bc since Acacia is more out of state and Sae has more in state

I’ll give you my quick unbiased opinion since I’m already on here before the trolls get here.
Honestly both great upper houses. I’d rather party at/with acacia but I definitely hang out with more Sae guys. Acacia guys are more of party animals, decent amount of jocks (less preppy), have a really nice house and a great brotherhood. Sae is definitely more preppy but still parties hard and also has a great house (better than acacias), but they don’t seem as close with each other to me. Feel like there’s definitely more Indiana kids in Sae while Acacia is a heavy Chicago house. Tried to be unbiased as I could, so hope it helped a little, but honestly these houses are similar and you’d probably end up loving either of them

Acacia and SAE are literally almost the same. Same vibe, pair with same houses. Either house you join will have fun. I don’t know why people always put SAE and Acacia against each other. It isn’t like that outside of this site lol

What if I threw phi delt into the mix with acacia and Sae. Is phi delt that much better? I am pretty set on acacia and Sae but I do have a couple of boys from my floor in phi delt so was wondering just in case

Phi delt is the same vibe as them too. None of them are “better” than each other, they literally are all respected houses that pair and party together and very similarly

Phi delt get off here. Sure your juniors are better but acacia and Sae’s sophomores are way better than your soph pc’s. Your sophomore boys make me very ~uncomfortable~

As a srat girl, I have fun at both places and the guys are chill and know how to throw down. Cant really go wrong. I personally would choose sae over acacia, but you’ll be fine regardless
