This is accurate, except Fiji should be listed next to smartest. Their gpa average is the same as sig ep, and they have tons of brains in that house.

smartest houses are beta and fiji for sure. the rest of the houses are divided where a few kids are super smart (3.7+ gpa) and the others don’t have high a gpa (3.5 and lower). the hardworking kids with high gpa’s carry the frat’s average gpa
