Does evolve live up to the hype

I’m a freshman and want to live in evolve with some of my friends next year but is it worth the price?

I lived there last year and it wasn’t the best. So expensive for no reason and has no “home” feel to it. It’s more like a fancy hotel filled with super rude people. Tbh I vibed more with the other apartments close to campus that are a little cheaper.

I lived in a 4 bedroom and paid $915
And now I’m in a 3 floor 2 bedroom in stadium paying $615. It’s more space and way cheaper. Evolve is way over priced
Plus when you move out evolv charges you for the littlest things so don’t plan on decorating you room unless you want to pay $400 for them to paint again
