Off campus for a whole year with bidding directives from nationals and you’re trying to tell me beta is gonna come back and be better than houses that got to recruit normally and have a house??? Nope. False, not even close. Beta isn’t better than phi delt, aepi, sammy, or phi sig (and phi sigs ar geeds) sae and acacia might even be better. But to say beta is upper mid or top is a joke. beta self ranks, massively overrated. Stop making rankings @beta

I’m in one of the other houses listed and beta is still upper mid. Definitely falling but they don’t hang with KD, Aephi, etc
