What's Rush Like on Zoom?

Ik this site isn't for serious stuff but I'm a freshman rushing frats this spring and wanted to know how rush works on zoom. For example do you have 1 on 1 talks with brothers, do you give an elevator speech or is it just every dude trying to get a word in? Thanks
