Who runs 3rd street?

I’m going to rush in the spring and I only know one kid in greek life. He said that Phi Tau is the best on 3rd street and that’s the only one I should rush there? Can anyone confirm? It seems to contradict what I hear on this site. Lambda and DU get in trouble a lot and Acacia is not good for school at all? Looking for honest advice please

Du and lambda used to be relevant years ago but are damn near bottom now

I think DU was underrated. They had super fun parties last year and solid brotherhood / smart kids. idk if they r doing rush though in the spring. U'll have to check on that. Acacia is known only for partying, so ur not wrong about the academics part. I've heard mixed things about them, some love and some hate. Why r u limiting urself to 3rd street lol?
