It is not a top 3 physical house on campus anymore. They don’t have a party room n use their dining room/formal. Their nationals breathes down their necks and in normal semesters they can only throw one party a week

Tbh the tiers could be reduced. Bump phi sig to top and put acacia, aepi and sae with theta chi, sigep etc. Also combine 5 & 6.

For sororities, combine 1&2 and combine 4&5.

Acacia aepi and sae don’t belong with theta chi and sig ep sorry. When things are normal again there will be a bigger gap. Phi sig is closer to those 3 frats than top btw. Kids are weird

I think unhoused will get it first since you all quarentine In a mansion. They don’t so Sammys TPA Asa skulls Pilam will probably get it before the houses chapters. That would be my guess. It has to do with safety not money
