Which frats are the dukes of throwing down?

I’m planning on joining a frat next year and don’t know much about each frat’s party life. State why, none of those self ranking or basic answers

Don’t even bother rushing unless you wanna join phi tau.

from my past experience, these frats host the best functions: AEPi, ZBT, Phi sig, Sig pi, Pi kapps (sometimes overrated but still p fun), DU, and SAE
