What is Sammy like/should you rush

I’ve heard some things about Sammy, but Ik they don’t have a house so I’m just wondering what makes them good. Like how can they be good without a house

Sammy basically has a house. They rent out an entire apartment so that they are the only ones that live there, and then they throw parties on the rooftop. Its a really cool area actually.
