1) FUBO- FuboTv top sports streaming platform, big deals coming soon, NBA Season starting up late December. target= $35-50. current=$20.92
2)PSTH- Spac company ran by Bill Akerman and Peter Theil. Trustable and going for a unicorn company soon. target= $50-$200. current=$24.74
3)FSR- Fisker car company. New and improved look on the company, fully electric vehicles coming this year. Volume only goes up and so does the price. Target= high 40's. current=16.85

First of all ignore target prices, they don't mean anything. Everything goes up over time, it is about finding the ones that go up more than a benchmark or market index.
For FUBO, you said new deals coming soon. Well, if you already know about it, then it is already priced in as well as the NBA season fact. You see movement when those are announced or there is a change in expectations, not when things are implemented.
The other two aren't necessarily bad options if you believe that they are able outperform their peers. EV and SPACs are pretty hot right now, so you gotta make sure these particular companies have some edge over their competition.
