This will be based on what houses have the best pairs and balance in other categories:

Top: ZBT, Sig Chi, Pi Kapps, FIJI, Beta, Sammy, Acacia (replaces AEPII)

Upper Mid: Phi Delt, Phi Sig, SAE, Sig Ep

Mid: Theta Chi, Sig Pi, DU, Phi Psi, Beta Sig, ASig, Phi Tau

Lower: Pike, Lambda, AKL Skulls, AEII

Pi Kapps is the worst of the top houses, Acacia is upper mid (after phi sig), SAE and sig ep are mid, everything after sig pi is lower mid, lambda and lower is bottom
