Houses on suspension

Any house (both frat and srat) that parties these first few weeks and gets in trouble will get suspended and instantly fall to bottom tier. Will have problems getting new members, reputation ruined w the rest of greek life and the university, members might disaffiliate, no pairs, no parties in the future, investigations being opened and could end on C&D
