ZBT, Pi Kapps
Upper mid:
Phi sig, aepi
Mid:
Theta chi, acacia

After that are they rly even parties??

Why even include the bottom four tho. Might as well just add more top tier houses and rank parties on campus in order

So at a school with like 20 housed frats, only 7 actually party and only one of those 7 is a top house? (Pi Kapps doesn’t even count right now) Wtf is wrong with this School?
