it’s the perfect frat house but the delts knew that and didn’t want another frat to move into their literal brand new renovated frat palace. having a sorority move in was their safest bet of keeping it decent looking for when they move back in

They will be able to recolonize in 2 years, so they wouldn’t get there house back until at least 3 years. If i was in Pike I would be content with having a castle for my full college experience and then whatever happens after, the other kids can deal with when I’m out of college.
