Any house that has its own gym and big ass courtyard for hooping only for a sorority to live in it is a travesty

it’s the perfect frat house but the delts knew that and didn’t want another frat to move into their literal brand new renovated frat palace. having a sorority move in was their safest bet of keeping it decent looking for when they move back in

Yea phi psi did that with their house too but now they don’t have access to the basement Bc the sorority locked it and phi psi nationals won’t reopen it

They will be able to recolonize in 2 years, so they wouldn’t get there house back until at least 3 years. If i was in Pike I would be content with having a castle for my full college experience and then whatever happens after, the other kids can deal with when I’m out of college.

Nah pike will have it 2 years max, most likely only one year tho since delts r gouging te prices on that house, pike nationals would financially be retarded signing long term
