Why is GPhi not really top tier?

Let’s be honest here, there’s a huge gap between them and the last house of the top tier (either kappa or aphi)... but why? and will they ever be able to rise?

Honestly until a house above them gets in major trouble its so hard to move to the top. Remember how they shifted up once chi o fell?

It’s the same for frats but they get kicked so easy, srats usually don’t rise or fall

gphi is not even close to having a respectable reputation like kappa or pi phi do, so I dont see them getting on their level anytime soon

All of the houses have beautiful girls with better personalities than APhi. GPhi is nothing special. The self ranking is a bad look, GPhi.
