Went to their party on Saturday with SK. Was actually a good time, better than their parties last semester

they have potential to rise but have a rep of being weird dudes. the guys I’ve met there were really nice some just don’t interact with girls as much as other frats in the same tier. they pair with sk, adpi, tpa, and possibly sdt but not sure on that one. they’re housed at least so they have room to grow

ATO, Delta Chi, and Phi Tau all have lived in that house. ATO was top house back in the day, DChi went up to middle tier in less than 3 years, if phi tau can recruit well enough I’d consider them on the comeup. We’ll have to see the new pledgeclass tho
