spring pc winners/losers

Winners- Aepi, ZBT, Beta, Acacia, Theta chi, phi sig

Losers - phi psi (but what’s new?) phi delt, sig ep, SAE (big time had trouble getting people to sign bids)

This is only based on what I have seen and heard. I didn’t include the houses I haven’t seen or heard much about yet

SAE down. They did a terrible job this spring. Their situation is pretty tough so it’s not entirely their fault but I know they could’ve done better than what they did
