theta chi rising

Theta chi is rising a lot. New pc full of facey guys and fun ass parties. Could possibly make it to upper mid by the end of this year. Top of middle tier for sure.

Thing about theta chi is that their bad parties bring them down while they compete with sig pi for upper mid. At most they are the top of the middle by next year.
