rush lambda or chi phi?

Lambda already has a house but I’ve heard alumni are going to sell. Chi Phi doesn’t have a house but Ive heard they have money for a future down payment. Which house is a safer bet to rise?

I would make sure you are correct. It would surprise me if Lambda sells their house as they have owned it for nearly 100 years. Chi Phi on the other hand just came back to campus. They used to own Phi Sig's house but sold it a few years back when their chapter left campus. I would think if they didn't have the money to hang on to their house, the don't have the money to build a new one. I would probably go Lambda if I was picking between the two.
