Bro this a stupid question. Peak DChi over any of these houses in a heartbeat. Just cuz phi tau got the house does not mean they are anywhere close. Peak Lambda maybe could hang with DChi but that still puts them way over everyone else

third street elite refers to the sororities and never the fraternities. DU is on third street and they were never a top frat.
