I’m looking to rush phi psi. I’m interested first in finding a super close brotherhood, and then secondly fun parties. Is this the place for me? Also what’s their stereotype?

If you’re looking for a close brotherhood and guys you can trust Phi Psi is absolutely not the place you should go. They kick more guys out than they bring in

House might be big but the rent is crazy. I think its about 20,000 dollars annually. This is because they don't have enough people to fill it cause people drop knowing how bad their brotherhood is.
