describe zbt, pi kapps, fiji, and sig chi

ZBT- very east coast. Best social house on campus, throws their own parties, decent yard and inside area too. Brotherhood is good but definitely infighting between pcs for sure. Solid respected house

Sigchi- very Cali and Midwest vibes. Don’t really party at their house, house has solid location. Brotherhood is good but v judgmental. Mostly letters, not very respected for a top house

Pikapps- mostly midwestern east coast, really quality brotherhood which is surprising. Best courtyard on campus. Throw their own parties. Decently respected guys but also kind of because letters/history

I’d split it up like this:

Pi kapps and sig chi have a lot of guys from the same areas and are very similar, mostly Midwest, lot of chicago, some Cali. Pi kapps definitely has better parties a better area to party on the extension. sig chi has a good location but it’s jot good for parties. Sig chi is more involved on campus and holds more leadership positions. They quad very often at pi kapps bc they get along really well and pi kapps has the better quaking house. Both have good brotherhoods.

Fiji’s location is good and their house is massive and very nice. Guys are pretty involved on campus especially in IUDM. Good brotherhood, mostly Indy but some Midwest guys outside of Indiana too. They have a massive basement which is usually too big for pairs. Their courtyard is great for hanging out in but not a great party area. They quad with a wide variety of houses.

Fiji and sig chi have the best alumni network by far, and pi kapps is getting up there as well. Zbts could be good in coming years but right now isn’t as established as the others


Zbt has a cool party area with high ceilings and cool elevated surfaces. Mostly all from the upper east coast. Lots of guys in the house and there is always a lot of people at their parties. They also quad a lot and have a big backyard. Good brotherhood.

Every single girl from the upper east coast will go to ZBT every single night regardless of their pair. Girls from the Midwest and other areas tend to stay away from zbt and go to other houses. It’s just probably the difference in cultures between the houses and what the girls are used to.
