sigma why? sig chi

Why is sig chi consistently ranked in the top 3 yet no one ever talks about them and their parties are widely regardled as lame? Are they put so high just bc everyone else puts them there? Please explain

They have historically been top house here but it’s more for things other than parties, they don’t have a a huge space to throw ragers especially with a weird location on 7th
