If I’m transferring here and coming in as a juinor will I be able to stay in the sorority I’m currently in? Or are there rules etc.

Your chapter probably has an affiliation policy meaning that you will have to meet members and they will vote on whether to let you join. Just depends on if you click with them. Best to reach out to the chapter and make contact.
