Is theta like fr as good as people see them? why do they never pair/are never talked about? I’m confused

theta's gone downhill at such a rapid rate a lot of upperclassmen don't realize it because theyre used to an amazing house with fun girls. too bad they aren't anymore and theyre just cruising based on their past reputation now

theta has always been mid and they still are, they don’t pair but people still like them which is why they have a pair for little five

they never pair simply because they have been on probation off an on for years. look around at any pair with a sorority similar to them and you'll find tons of thetas...

it’s axtually really annoying because thetas show up to ALL of our pairs. It really confuses me why they’re even considered middle anymore based on all the thetas I’ve seen at my houses pairs...

They try to fake being exclusive and use it to boost their egos. Look at the pairs they get - if they were as great as they think they are, they wouldn’t have to pair with a lower-middle tier house for little 5. Super overrated

You don't hear much about Theta because they have been on probo. But, you still see them out and about. They are decently cute girls, some dimes and some average sorority looking girls.
