Top: ZBT, Pi Kapps, Sammy, Sig Chi

Upper Mid: AEPi, Fiji, Phi Sig, Beta, Phi Delt

Lower Mid: SAE, Acacia, Sig Ep, DU

Bottom: Sig Pi, Theta Chi, DChi, Beta Sig, Phi Psi

ZBT- have recently been brought to light that these boys throw down hardest on campus. Crowned top party house.
Beta- they are in the shell of a fraternity after the membership review, unfortunate circumstances
SAE- overall have made a name for themselves this year after dealing with all the mold in their house last year
Sig Ep- still have the ‘smart house’ vibe, but these kids are a lot of fun and know how to party
Theta Chi- haven’t heard much about them at all recently, nice guys but need to step up their parties
