They can SAY whatever they want, but NPC policy says that all pledges must be initiated within 8 weeks, so count back from May. Soooo if they don't take a PC within the next two weeks, it won't happen this semester. You can tell me I am wrong all you want, but I'm former Panhel Exec, I know the rules.
