kappa top?

Can someone please (with actual reasons) explain why Kappa is always referred to as top tier? Or are they just their because they are the last of the original 3rd street Elites?

Kappa was never 3rd street elite. It was always “third street elite...and kappa”.

I'm not even close to a Kappa fan but they were absolutely part of the Third Street Elite. Won't discredit their past from the 80's and 90's when that started but now... come on.... either know your history or don't comment.

Anyway I'm not advocating for Kappa but to get an honest answer you can't discredit everything...

Again I'll ask for the person who originally wrote the question why does almost every ranking have them above a mid tier?

Third st elite is and has always been (in order) Dphie, Aphi then Pi Phi
